Robert Cecil Daniels

- 1921-1954 - 15th AAF - WWII. Cecil Daniels, at the age of 20, enrolled in 1941 at Camp Blanding, Clay Co., Florida. He served in the 15th Army Air Force in Africa, Italy, and Europe. Cecil was injured in some capacity and had a ridge on the back of his head. There was family talk that he had briefly been captured and that was when he sustained his injury. He returned completely white haired and only lived a few more years, dying at age 33. He was survived by his other 2 brothers both of whom had served in the European theater, two sisters, and his parents. We are awaiting copies of his records at present for more details.
