| Robert D. Pounds was a Maj when he retired from Robins AFB Warn Robins, Georgia. He was a career man who believed in what he did. He started out with the Army Air Force and after WW2 he reentered in to the Regular Air Force. He not only believed in his country but for the people of the U.S.
